The Bennett Family is proud to support the communities in which we do business. For 2019 we are choosing to focus on serving nonprofit organizations that benefit children's platforms. To be considered for a donation of food, auction items or gift cards, we ask that you complete and submit this form.
Please plan your submission a minimum of 4 weeks before your donation deadline. All information provided in this form will be used to evaluate the request and communicate our donation procedures. Due to the quantity of general donation requests we receive, we are unable to fulfill every application.
